Finding My Hand

Finding My Hand

Circular forms have long been a feature in my work. They often speak of completion or wholeness—though at times, they represent the search for it.

This piece, Finding My Hand, was painted at the start of 2019. Its simplicity gives it a calming presence. The touches of gold point to promise. It carries the quiet, steady hope I hold at the beginning of each new year, as I surrender and entrust my creative life to God who guides me.

New beginnings feel all-encompassing—and I step into them wholeheartedly. I am all in.
